When I was a kid, I loved remote control cars. I had several. And even if it was inaccessible and unthinkable for me at the time, I dreamed of being able to reproduce the same thing with a flying machine.
For years now, and the accessibility of drones to the general public, these devices have been evolving at breakneck speed and I have wanted to test one for photography for some time.
It was without waiting for my 40th birthday. And this beautiful gift that accompanied it. Indeed, I have owned the DJI Mini 2 for a year and a half.
I post very few photos from this camera. I use it mainly for video and vacation memories.
For photography, even though it has a small smartphone sensor, this drone does quite well. For an amateur like me and social networks, this device does the job. And piloting and flying this machine is a real pleasure.

Quand j’étais petit, j’adorais les voitures télécommandées. J’en ai eu plusieurs. Et même si c’était inaccessible et impensable pour moi à l’époque, je rêvais de pouvoir reproduire la même chose avec un engin volant.
Depuis des années maintenant, et l’accessibilité des drones au grand public, ces appareils évoluent à une vitesse folle et je souhaitais en tester un pour la photographie depuis quelques temps.
C’était sans attendre ce passage à une dizaine supérieure pour moi. Et ce beau cadeau qui l’accompagnait. En effet, je possède le DJI Mini 2 depuis un an et demi.
Je poste très peu de photos venant de cet appareil. Je m’en sers essentiellement pour la vidéo et les souvenirs de vacances.
Pour la photographie, même si il possède un petit capteur de smartphone, ce drone s’en sort plutôt bien. Pour un amateur comme moi et les réseaux sociaux, cet appareil fait le job. Et piloter et faire voler cet engin est un véritable plaisir.
